OTIM: There is a slight art error on this page, with the arrow part of Vriska's symbol overlapping with her jacket (even though that symbol is part of the t-shirt she's wearing beneath the jacket).

I knew Sollux and Jade shared the fact that their exile's station was blown up shortly after they had entered their session.
But I just realized that both of them were also the last ones to enter their session!
Also, both their dancestors suffered a head trauma!

I don't know if this counts as something I missed as much as it is something I never thought about, but I was going through a Homestuck reaction blog and got to the part where AR views baby Nanna on the lab screen and it mentions that Colonel Sassacre is married to Betty Crocker.
And like, I knew this. BUT does this imply that he was literally married to the Condesce? Like they had a legitimate flushed relationship??? Or...just idk man. I have so many questions, lol.

Music OTIM: Vriska's Theme references Theme from Alternia. I've heard this song so many damn times in the past few years, I can't believe I never noticed this reference before.

I think we can shut down the thread now. Nobody's going to top this:

This guy missed that the comic doesn't start at Act 6.

When Aradia froze Jack Noir in S Wake, the time-freeze was a zodiac circle unlike everywhere else someone is stuck in time, where it's spinning clockwork

I never realized why GCat stopped Jane from prototyping anything. The Condesce used GCAT to stop Jane's kernelsprite from being prototyped, because she wanted them to have a void session. After Alternia was devastated by meteors and the Vast Glub, she moved the B1 Earth. But she realized the meteor apocalypse was also happening on B1 Earth, so she left to B2 Earth instead, where she made sure a meteor apocalypse wouldn't happen again.

Dirk's decapitation theme is a logical extension and exaggeration of Dave's slit throat theme.

Dirk's decapitation theme is a logical extension and exaggeration of Dave's slit throat theme. Does one instance of a slit throat really count as a theme?

They might have meant Red Duds Dave in addition to Felt Dave.
In any case, Dirk's decapitation theme also fits in his role as the Heart player. He and the Hegemonic Brute getting decapitated echo the Queen of Heart's ordering decapitations left and right.

Hearts Boxcars decapitates Eggs. The B1 Hegemonic Brute is decapitated by PM. Nepeta decapitates underlings with her claws. Nepeta is decapitated by Gamzee. The B2 Hegemonic Brute is decapitated by Dirk. Dirk decapitates himself. Dirk is decapitated by Dave. I never realized before how much decapitation revolves around heart players.

OTIM: Snowman's pose when she creates Doc Scratch is a callback to when she had just removed her ring. Additionally, I also noticed that in that panel of Snowman creating Doc Scratch there's apparently an art error in Snowman's pose: the back part of her crown is missing. If you look at that panel of when she's just removed her ring, that part of the crown is not absent. I guess Andrew probably hadn't saved the asset for that pose of Snowman in a separate file and simply extracted it from that earlier panel, but in extracting it he (or Photoshop) forgot to copy over that part of the crown.

Lord English is first referred to as an "indestructible demon". Later we find out he's a cherub (angel) who failed to develop properly, defying his species' natural progression.

I like to imagine that she took off her formal crown as a crude attempt to go undercover, because she can't let the general public find out that she's abdicated/de-prototyped. But because the Queen is a vain creature, her ego wouldn't let her go around with anything less that another, slightly less ornate crown.
