I used to think the chimes were from an old program called Win Chime, but it's not even close.
This flash came out before the music team was a thing, I think, so I doubt it was created by anyone other than Andrew, assuming he did in fact create the chimes and wind together.
Overall this is an amazing intro bit, thanks for reminding me about it.
