yes, i know that a big image is fuzzier/ more pixilated, but it just gets really fuzzy even though the image has a lot more data it can use, and it could just become pixilated. anyone know why/how to fix?

Resizing up is always going to have some sort of fuzzy look, unless you're working with vector art. How nice a picture or a photo can look when enlarged has a lot to do with how the original is saved, how large it is, etc.
Do you have an example of what you'd like resized?

At first I thought this was about editing, but it turns out you were just adding images as file attachments to your posts. I explain so here and suggest you use an image hosting site.
