So, I’m relatively new to mspa, and I just finished reading homestuck, as well as the other mspa stories. So, I noticed that when they won, in act 7, that there where 12 (currently alive) survivors, the eight kids, kanaya, karkat, terezi and calliope. Of course, there are more, such as the mayor and janes dad. However, those twelve are the only ones holding aspects. And as there are 12 known aspects. I would assume that between all 12 they would have all 12 aspects. This is however wrong, as the space aspect is repeated and held between kanaya, jade and calliope. This leaves rage and doom out of the picture. Are there any implications to this?

Roxy = void
kanaya = space

If you want to get into things, I feel you also have to note the classes:
John = Heir
Dave = Knight
Jade = Witch
Rose = Seer
Jane = Maid
Dirk = Prince
Jake = Page
Roxy = Rogue
Kanaya = Sylph
Karkat = Knight
Terezi = Seer
Calliope = Muse
Missing: Thief, Mage, Bard, Lord
Some other things to note:
Repeated Classes: Knight, Seer
Repeated Aspects: Space (x3)
These are the 12 to enter the new universe, but they aren't the 12 still alive: Aradia and Vriska are still alive and Sollux is half alive. Including these three as well adds Maid, Time, and Light to the list of duplicates and removes Thief, Mage, and Doom from the missing list. Also, Gamzee's fate is somewhat ambiguous, which would remove Bard and Rage from the missing list if he is alive, and leaving only Lord unaccounted for. This is further solved if you subscribe to one of the theories saying Lord English is still alive, adding another Time and removing Lord from what's missing (and you could possibly factor in the component parts as well?).
So what does this all mean? Not a whole lot from what I can tell, but if you want to find meaning in it, go ahead.

Given that Gamzee still has to appear in Caliborn's session, I'd say it's all but certain that he survived the events of Collide.
I'd also argue that Lord isn't missing/dead since I'm part of the "English Wins" crowd, but obviously that's just opinion and speculation.
But beyond all of that, I don't think there's any greater meaning behind this. The characters that survived are simply the ones that Hussie thought would be best to have at the ending of the story, either because they're competent/powerful enough to have survived the whole story, or because they're a fan favourite and the supposed happy ending wouldn't feel complete without them.

There's actually still a few more you could count: the Sprites. They're technically in a state that's not really being dead after all.
This adds both Nannasprites, Jasprosesprite^2, Arquiusprite, Gcatavrosprite, and Davepetasprite^2 to the mix.
