There I am, sitting at home watching commentary, when my phone dings. Two or three minutes pass before I pull myself away from the screen it and check my notifications, to find this-  I had forgotten about hiveswap almost entirely but for some reason my heart fluttered and my mind raced at the thought of hiveswap becoming as popular as undertale some day. What are you guy's thoughts? |

Personally, it's what I've been hoping for since before the game came out. I've loved the idea of HS being a thing that was recognized by the mainstream (or at least, youtubers) and exposed to a wider audience through it. No longer the curiosity, looked at and mocked from afar for the bygone days of cosplay mobs at conventions, but again a new and exciting thing that hopefully a lot of people are encouraged to explore. It would be really great if there were an HS fandom renaissance because the game takes off and has a big presence thanks to lets players.
Of course we'll see in the coming months and seasons whether that comes to pass, but for the time being it is still really cool to see HS being played by a name I recognized that previously had nothing to do with it. Markiplier seems like a near certainty at this point. I'm hoping the achievement hunters do it too. And game theory, as well. And everyone.

I know that Rev from Vinesauce has a video up already, which I'm excited to check out! Except I may want to play the game for myself first before doing so, haha.
