Note about Flash/Content Predictions:
1) EOA6 is most likely going to be one singular flash animation, considering the fact that Andrew talking about it as one single animation (unless he's purposely conceling things, which is always possible). I imagine something around the length/scope of GAME OVER, probably not something the size of Cascade.
2) The 40 pages that are in between Act 6 and Act 7 are probably going to be similar to post Desend, in between Act 4 and Act 5 also, the fact that there are only 40 pages within that entire sequence leads me to believe lots of dialogue-heavy pages and some additional animation stuff. Hussie did say that all thirty minutes of the projected animation would be split up, so I'm guessing some of that will show up in this middle zone.
3) Act 7 will most likely be either one page (a long flash or wlalkaround) or a couple pages leading up to the final final animation, but that prediction could change depending on how the rest of the story pans out.

anyway a few thoughts:
-alt callie's gt power is probably the ability to create black holes
-i dont buy the green sun will be destroyed but if it is i bet we'll see dave and rose arrive on derse's moon right after and the circle will be complete.
-40 pages over 7 days? thats an average of 6 or 7 pages a day? i bet 3 or 4 are gona be single page flash upd8's
-wow the forums really got shrekt. couldnt have happened at a worse time.

Folk seem fairly pessimistic about our chances of a walkaround? I thought it sounded pretty likely that the one single Act 7 epilogue finale page we've been promised would take that form, unless Hussie yet again does something entirely new. Technically, Hussie only said that all of Act 7 would be posted in one update, which does not mean one page necessarily. I'm sort of banking on that technicality for a666 too, so... but you do make a good point about the chances for a walkaround. |

New ridiculous headcanon obtained, from reading a liveblog! Lord English is "already here" for the whole history of Alternia's universe. Doc Scratch was around for the entire time Alteria existed. We see Lord English present in Alternia's universe for the first time as he goes to capture the child Handmaiden. Hey guys! So I've been using the subreddit as a substitute for the forums for the past few days, but then I saw this and apparently a lot of MSPA forumers are here so I'm joining this place. I kinda missed the forums. If you want to see my reactions to the recent updates, I've got them on my Tumblr. Hey, great to have you here as well! And all the 14 other members who suddenly joined over night, holy shit. Happy birthday!! Anyway, I just read your reactions and I want to point out that Bec Noir isn't still wearing Mom's scarf. That purple thing is just the collar of his outfit. You can first see it in (S) Jack: Ascend when he rips apart his outfit before he puts on the ring. Does anyone have any way to contact obsidalicious and AllewayCreeper? They were two of the ones most active in the Comic Discussion thread on the MSPA Forums and I think it'd be great if they were here too. *is legitimately touched* I just found this place a couple of hours ago and have been enjoying actually getting to see people's reactions to the updates. I'd almost forgotten how great it was to do that in the time the original forums have been down DX I hope we get them back before the end, but if we don't this place'll work fine. Thanks to Blaperile for setting it up! With the page budget we have left, I'm not betting on a walkaround. I guess we're kind of getting a walkaround in the form of Hivestuck (eventually), though it's not going to be of the new universe or post-condesce or anything? I don't know that we're getting a walkaround either, but what does the page budget have to do with it? The biggest walkaround we had only took up three pages. Gotta say, if I hadn't been suspicious of Muse!Calliope before...there is nothing you could say now that'd convince me she isn't up to something not good. That talk with Davepetasprite and that kiss was just about the best thing ever though. It's a little jarring to see work outside of a flash that's from someone other than Hussie, but it's good looking and super cute, so I've ended up enjoying it. And the build up! The story cutting from one group to another (especially the unexpected inclusion of Caliborn and his fight with Yaldabaoth) has me almost shaking in my seat with anticipation. Wednesday can't come soon enough. |

*is legitimately touched* I just found this place a couple of hours ago and have been enjoying actually getting to see people's reactions to the updates. I'd almost forgotten how great it was to do that in the time the original forums have been down DX I hope we get them back before the end, but if we don't this place'll work fine. Thanks to Blaperile for setting it up! Yay, I'm happy to see you have found your way here as well.  Gotta say, if I hadn't been suspicious of Muse!Calliope before...there is nothing you could say now that'd convince me she isn't up to something not good. I wouldn't be surprised if EOA6 is going to parallel Cascade in that it will show the Green Sun's destruction instead of its creation. That's probably going to have one hell of an effect on the Prospit battle, for all parties involved. I wonder if that will perhaps do a reverse-parallel to (S) Jade: Enter, where Bec Noir got powered up in the middle of a fight? But this time with him losing his First Guardian powers? |

It is a shame the forums are down. Does anyone have any word on why they did go down? I was looking forward to jumping back into things for the last two weeks. I'm pretty sure someone hacked the forums. And yeah it's such a shame. For about a week I used the subreddit as a substitute but it's a lot less pleasant than the forums, with even more Davekat debates and shit like that than I thought possible. Seriously, in only a week I've gotten into about three debates about that ship. Not to mention that at least 2/3 of people there like that pairing and some seem to downvote posts that even question Davekat as a ship. Like seriously, it's as if I'm not allowed to have an opinion on stuff. Sorry I didn't want to turn this into a rant about stuff. Bottom line is, the forums are overall better. |

I personally back the prediction that the EOA6 flash will be A6A6A6 in its entirety, and furthermore that it will be split into six parts, each labelled a sub-sub-sub-act. The fractal Act motif feels too significant not to come to a head at the finale; it's one of the best symbols I've seen for "we're trapped in an endless cycle of propagated doom," and it'd make that final break to Act 7 feel even more cathartic. Plus Hussie has given a number of indications that he would split a flash as significant as this into multiple parts.

According to a Reddit post, IPGD said on 4chan that Davekat will be an endgame ship. I'm apparently the only one who's a wee bit skeptical about that claim. I mean, endgame ships aren't the kind of thing that you can spoil. What do you guys think about that? |

This is getting very real now.
The last few days and the last few fights.
I have been reading Homestuck since the Gigapause (a TVTropes link can change your life).
Now it is the heartwarming moment when the fans get together to deal with the Vast Downbringing, during the last days of the Vast Potato.
It blows my mind, and brings tears to my eyes.
I choose this moment to Delurk.
Thanks to all the forumites. The theories, both crazy and wise, always increased my appreciation for Homestuck.
A comment about the last update, just so as to keep fully on topic:
I wonder about the cosmic effects of Bec Noir and PM wielding their swords.
The Dogs have taken their arms out of their chests, the places determined by the prototyping of the Impaled Crow - and also the usual place to carry an arm.
I wonder if this apparent bending of the rules can invite a dangerous power up.
For now, the flickering colors witness to the power of the Green Sun.
Just a guess on my part: maybe there is previous lore (Davesprite's sword?) telling if this is a bad guess.

What's really asinine about people's reactions to the endgame Davekat claim is that while I'm skeptical about that claim because if true it would be too much of a spoiler to share, some people argue that claim isn't a spoiler. Like seriously, it's by definition a spoiler!
