A few nights ago, I had a dream where I saw on TV that someone named Donald Green won the Republican primary against two other people named Donald (that includes Donald Trump). I asked who Donald Green was and then I was relieved that at least it's not Trump. Which is of course the opposite of what happened. That was actually the day before I learned that Trump essentially won the primaries.

I have a weird dream almost every night. My most recent one was that my mom was pregnant, and my eight year old sister was teaching a class of kindergartners.

I had a dream that I had to rescue a baby from a very violent guy who was going to kill the baby with a knife, and my mom, two other girls, and I had to flee and live in a cottage in the woods.
Eventually Reaper from Overwatch came, tried to kill us, and died when I spit orange juice at him.

A bit long. I was in a large black space with lots of colored blinking dots in it. Many were colorful, but there was a single gray dot. I approached this dot and began to accelerate towards it in a insane speed once I was close enough. I felt myself landing in a grayish place that looked like the street of my home. The sky was very gray, but the streets were once colorful and took on a greyish tint because of the sky. I was following a version of me; he was older than myself and wasn't 'grayed'. I could not movie from the path of the alternate me, but I was a entity separate from them as I could see their back. I headed towards the location of my school; the alternate school was ten stories high, way more than I'd ever expect of a school here, and rather laterally large. I had a feeling that the ceiling was missing for some reason, but could not see it. Once my alternate self entered, I saw multiple people and a mirror. In that mirror, I saw my true self; a large eye rendered in a 36 bit video game 'artstyle' with a glowing dark green infinity/lemniscate symbol above myself. I looked at the other people and noticed there were eyes behind them, but they were rendered in different 'artstyles'. One looked like one of my friend's standard artstyle; another looked like a friend's caligraphy fused together to look like a eye. My alternate self approached the person with the caligraphy-eye and began chatting with them. I too, chatted with the caligraphy-eye. This is the part of my dream I remember the most clearly. For some reason, we did not 'speak'. Instead, words of a certain color appeared flying in individually out of nowhere until I could see them clearly. I had no control over the conversation. Here's how it went: (caligraphy-eye's text was blue)Caligraphy-Eye: Again in one of the dying ones. They are so boring, why do you keep coming to them? (my text was dark-green, similar to the lemniscate above myself)Me-Eye: I want to see how they end. They always cut out before the end. Do you know how they end? Caligraphy-Eye: Well, what if I told you I DID know? me-Eye: Tell me, please. Caligraphy-Eye: Well, they kind of just turn into dust and fly away. But it's like, the individual parts. First is the buildings and physical things, then the people and then the air and all the other things they can't feel. I think the people in them don't perceive it that way, though, only us. It's like they don't realize it's collapsing. Me-Eye: Great. I don't think I'll return to those again. Maybe I'll look at some of the white ones; they're the ones that never die, right? Caligraphy-Eye: Yep! My [strange scribbled thing I could not understand] is leaving, though, so see you later! I could feel myself bobbing up and down momentarily, and then my alternate self ceased to chat with Caligraphy-Eye's person. I could not understand their conversation; it was a bunch of portuguese sounding gibberish. Alternate-me returned home to see my (aged) parents with eyes of their own. They were rendered in a scribbly art-style that kept shifting. I sat down with them and engaged in prayer before I accelerated OUTSIDE (somehow) of a large gray wall and returned to the black-space. I looked around for a bit and could see my large eye closing. I then woke up as soon as it was perfectly closed. No dream of mine had this kind of conclusion; they sort of just end abruptly.
This dream was very weird. It was not a dream that I was familiar with; typically I tend to dream of good situations, like hanging out with friends, receiving money, receiving games or other cool things and I haven't had nightmares in forever. This one was kind of a gray area, and I was something I am not in real life; that has never happened before, except once as a kid where I had a dream in which I was a dog living in a castle for some reason.

Neptz, that dream reminds me an awful lot like Yume Nikki. It's so surreal but beautiful. Worth writing a book about. I remember having an MSPA-related dream where I had to let PM make peace with her past or something, but that goes to the MSPA dreams thread. Really, that Overwatch dream is one of many ridiculous dreams.

I usually have very adventurous dreams that are somewhat long and complicated - like an interesting story where I am the main character, even if that character is not always "me." Recently I've been having dreams where I'm aware that I am dreaming for a time as well...it's interesting.
Anyway those dreams are hard to recall this late in the day or explain in detail, so here's a silly thing that happened in one of my dreams last night.
I was on some forum (not this one but it was similar) and I was having a conversation with some guy who had a poorly drawn, abstract avatar. He starts hitting on me and trying to ask me out. But rather than ask for my number or anything, he asks for my chumhandle (which I don't even have) haha. I did not oblige him. Then the other people on the thread were just like wtf, and that's all i remember lol.

I often have a recurring theme in my dreams. I would be either alone or with someone I know (generally my mother) and I would be preparing for a travel. May it be by bus, plane, train or anything, even by flying, but I was going somewhere far, somewhere I've never been to. I'd prepare everything for the trip: maps, luggage, the whole stuff. But I'd never actually go. There would always be something stopping the vehicle from going, or I would be too busy with planning and preparation that I'd never move anywhere. And this is frustrating to no end.
On a lighter tone, my last dream took place in a Steampunk-like world, with the protagonist being an amnesiac boy fleeing from the evil police, taken in and protected by a shady guy, and who ended up being pretty much liked by other teens, cause he could do sick backflips and dance moves. He could turn into a frog statuette.
Side note, the two best kinds of dreams are: 1.those where you are aware and do crazy things, and 2.those with a "plot" so good, you actually turn it into a story and create new OCs from its actors.

I had a dream a few nights go. I was at some Pokemon convention. Stuff was revealed about Pokemon Sun and Moon (none of which I can recall).
Then, I saw it.
An announcement that Pokemon Z will be released along with the Gen VII games and will be the last Gen VI game.
Alas, it was all a dream. I suppose you can't always have good things.

Once I had a dream where I was having a Pokemon battle with my best friend who is so invincible at battling that I've never won a single battle against them. But in this dream I won for once - but only because my team had some kind of a weird pseudo-Pokemon whose every attack was super effective against every type.

Last night I dreamt that I found a grey striped kitten in the woods, who was stuck in a mud puddle. I took him home, cleaned him up and fed him some milk, and named him Mac after the character in It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia (for whatever reason idk).
I kept him as my pet, and he grew up to be a good cat. And I loved him. The End.

I had a dream that my friends and I lived in a small town and wrote a play. We also knew Nic Cage, and we knew he was going to be seeing this play. We wrote it in Spanish, because a lady named Lupita told us to. The last part was in English, to "trick" the audience into thinking they magically learned Spanish at the end. Needless to say, it was a disaster. We put on the play, had Nic Cage come up and read the script as a part of it, and afterwards, when everyone left, he chewed us out for such a terrible production whose supposed "homages" were not so much interesting as blatant copyright infringement, that our use of Spanish was uncalled for, and having an actor do a dry read without even telling him he was going to be in it beforehand was idiocy at its finest. He told us we were better than that.
When he turned to leave, gathering his things from the little cabin he was staying in, we followed him, apologizing profusely. But he stopped packing when he looked into his closet. He had that classic "what the fuck" Cage face on, so we looked in after him. There was a dead alien. We exchanged meaningful glances all around, forgetting the play entirely. It was time to solve a mystery of the little dead green man.

Last night I had a dream where superheroes were struggling to fight against giant monsters that would come and terrorize the city. To aid in fighting this threat, a large company began producing it's own, controllable, monsters to aid the superheroes. There were some that didn't like the idea of adding more giant monsters into the mix, but they were so effective that they became the go-to solution for dealing with the wild monsters. After some time, the wild monsters were all defeated, but before the city could really celebrate, the company revealed it's true motives to take control over the city itself, and used it's control over it's monsters to turn against the superheroes. Furthermore, it also was able to take control of many of the superheroes and citizens of the city, having enthralled them through either interactions with them or them using some of the company's other products. The still free superheroes fought back despite being completely outmatched, but I woke up before seeing how much they were able to accomplish.

I had a dream last night that there was some kind of zombie apocalypse happening. And whenever I would go to sleep, I would wake up in a different version of said zombie apocalypse. So like, there were 2 universes in which this was happening, but there were differences in the two.
In one I was pretty much by myself and idr much other than that, and in the other a group of survivors in Massachusetts took me in, which for some reason included GoT characters like Dany and Arya. They had a sweet underground base where we would hang out at night.
The zombies only came out at night - during the day they would burrow back into the ground. I think this was the same in both instances of the world. In one of them, idr which, I got on a bus one afternoon and ran into this random guy I went to college with. This was exciting for both of us, because in the dystopian world we lived in, finding people you actually knew from before was very rare.
This was an interesting dream, because even though it was about zombie apocalypses, it wasn't scary or anything. It was more adventurous, like a YA genre.

The government controlled monsters represent THE government controlled PESTICIDES currently in use for our farms. we're using them to take care of ``pests`` (bugs which bring disease to our food), but litteral did we know that the government is influencing the BIO-GENOME to take over even the greatest of us (like how they took control over the superheroes). soon, only a few with a natural immunity to the governmen'ts plots will be left. the fact that you woke up before this dream finished, but after the government took over indicates that there is nothing we can do about it...... but we can prePEAR. Peardictions: you might get a bad grade soon...... this is proof that the government's BIO-GENOME infuencing is working. My advice: you can avoid illness if you stop drinking flurodiated water. also the consistent use of `it's` instead of `its` is's really bothering me here, but i dont know if that's significANT since it wasnt part of the dream itself.........

There was this one time that i dreamt disney announced that there was going to be a zootopia 4. That's it. Ain't crazy enough for ya? Well here's one of the craziest dreams i've ever had: An Adventure time-related dream that i'd like to call peppermint valley.
Anyways, there was going to be a wedding and finn, jake, and surprisingly, the main cast of REGULAR SHOW were going to get tuxedos for it. So they all went to a shed, which i guess is some kind of bridal or living area. In it there was some kind of blue person in it called the dressmaker (which i later used in my upcoming fanfics.) And instead of making tuxedos for them, she made FREAKIN' DRESSES. And for some reason, they made finn, jake, and the main cast of regular show GRADUALLY FREAKIN' GENDERBEND. THE FETISH LEVELS WERE JUST TOO HIGH.
Was that too crazy for ya? well too bad because we hAVE MORE. PREPARE YOUR BOOTIES. Anyways, for some reason, the wedding is actually a party and through some events i don't remember (that possibly was a hijack followed by a fight) the dressmaker becomes allies with the main characters of this dream (which you all know by now.) The dream is almost over now, we can get out of the pits of dream hell soon. Phew.
Anyways, a song called "peppermint valley" plays as finn and jake (now thoroughly genderbended) roaming through multiple places. At the end of the dream, peppermint butler begins to stretch and become loopy and curly and gumdrop kids begin to fly. And through more events i also don't remember, (which was possibly another fight,) peppermint butler and the gumdrop kids return to normal and finn, jake, peppermint butler, and the gumdrop kids all laugh together and the dream ends.
...Wow, that was crazy, don't you agree?

I don't remember my dram last night all that well, but I do recall this one particular random scene: A motorcycle cop was chasing a criminal, also on a motorcycle. The criminal came to a stop and started shooting at the cop forcing the coop to also get off his cycle and take cover. The cop started firing back but wasn't able to hit the criminal, so, as a distraction, the cop tossed his bike and sent it sliding toward the criminal. The criminal jumped to avoid the police bike, which came to a stop just behind him, only to turn arround, mount it and start driving away, forcing the cop to run and grab the criminal's bike and start chasing him again...

Eyyy, it's me again! Finally decided to join up. Anyway, most recent unusual dream I had involved Judy Hopps teaming up with me to defeat the six robot masters and end Alton Brown's evil plan. This was after I escaped his weird hat-giving cooking summer camp after someone turned into a temmie overnight. Yeah i don't know either.

So my dream last night was all about foiling the plans of the Joker (from Batman) through rewinding time and changing things. In one plan, the Joker had strapped two people to a strange disc-like rocket that was about to be launced into space. after failing to save them, I rewound time to before the Joker got them and made sure they had scissors with them, wheich they then used to cut the rope the Joker bound them with an escape. Now free, they began to walk off of the platform the rocket was launching from when suddenly a colorful stake materialized in front of each of them and stabbed them in the eye and through the brain, killing them. The scene then zoomed out to show that nearly everyone in the vicinity had been similarly killed, though myself and the Joker were both among those who hadn't. I confronted the Joker demanding to know how he pulled that off, but he simly laughed and said that he was flattered that I would accuse him, but this was not his doing. Just then a fleet of airships appeared in the sky and the leader broadcasted an announcement saying that the time of humanity was over. He went on to say that he did not kill those who were mutated in some way and that he would lead the mutants into repopulating the world in their own image. (As he said this, I realized I had shapeshifting powers and could grow tentacles.) Before I could do any thing, my alarm clock woke me up and I woke up.

That's right, I had a dream about an attraction based on a video game set in a dream.

This is a long one, so I'm putting it in a spoiler.
I had a dream about a week ago, which I wasn't able to remember much at the time, let alone now, but I'll recount the few details I did recall.
In essence, I was at my college. Except, not exactly- Sometimes, I experience places in dreams where it's a different, alt-world version of a place I know, and it may look completely different, but... I just know, instinctively, that it's representative of a certain place.
The other difference was that it was also housing a lowkey military base.
I don't remember the details of the dream, really- all I know was that it was focused on bombs. Like some weird, alternate dimension, where our country is falling apart, and everyone is scared of everything, and we're on the verge of war-
...Oh, wait.
Regardless, I think I remember being involved with the military operation, somehow. I remember viewing different briefings, as well as strolling through a missile warehouse with a higher up, who looked like a strange mash up of my granddad, the stationed police officer at my school, and Topaz, from Steven Universe.
The rest of the dream was mostly focused on that, and assorted bomb threats.
This all came to a head when I was walking to class and a literal bomb dropped out of the sky and hit said school.
My first assumption was that it was a nuke, and even though I'd have been blown to bits if it was almost immediately, I did the natural thing- got into the tried and true defensive position, laying on the ground face down with my hands on my head.
It was not, in fact, a nuke. Thank goodness.
I don't remember quite where it went from there, but I think everything was okay.
As okay as things get when a fucking bomb drops out of the sky, but you know, shit happens.
TL;DR: Our global political climate is having a bit of an effect on my psyche, I think it's safe to say. If anyone wants to psychoanalyze this or whatever, go ahead.

So I just had a dream that I find rather amusing because it was about a group of people completely sidestepping horror-type stories.
In the first half of the dream we were thrown into a Danganronpa-esque killing game scenario, but we were all too good-natured to actually start killing people and the mastermind was quickly exposed in his desperation to get things started. And in the second half of the dream, we discover a creepy, suspicious book in the basement that seemed to be connected to an odd looking shadowy area ... and ultimately put it right back on the shelf because we were smart enough not to mess with it. Also in the dream was a suspicious maid who was obviously hiding something, but never actually acted against us.

Double post, but it's been nearly three months:
I just had a dream which took place in a virtual creative world, where, among other things you could access the internet and have the sites appear as 3D displays. While surfing the web there, I came across a site about "the forgotten and insane 7th Doctor," referring to the 7th iteration of the Doctor in Doctor Who. But in the world of the dream, the 7th doctor was apparently one of the earliest attempt by the media to appease feminists by making the doctor a strong female. But as the creators were out of touch with the idea, they ended up making her independent to the point of sociopathy, only caring about adventure and rewards rather than actually saving people. Because of being so out of touch with both feminists and their fans, the series flopped and was replaced by the widely successful 8th Doctor, all but eliminating the memory of the 7th. I watched a video on the main page of the site where the Doctor deliberately passes up an obvious easy chance to retrieve an artifact the bad guys had stolen in favor of a harder more dramatic attempt later, much to her (male) companion's chagrin. I skimmed through some other videos on the site (including one with her interacting with the previous iteration of herself, a man wearing a brown suit, a top hat, and a small scarf) when one caught my eye: It was a clip where the Doctor was explaining what life would be like in the future, apparently predicting the internet. She explained how everything would be available through a global network, but incorrectly predicted than anyone would be able to see what anyone else was doing on the network, specifically casting focus on how that would mean anyone could know when anyone else was watching porn, but leaving the social implications of that up to interpretation. At about this point I left the site and soon after woke up.

Why must I be the only one to post here? Anyway, I just had a dream where I was searching arround this large living complex building thing for time pieces (like ones in A Hat in Time). I absorbed the time pieces into myself, and with each time piece I collected, I gained more and more psychic abilities. Eventually, after finding and collecting them all, I became so powerful that I became a minor god, withe the residents of the living complex as my followers and claiming a large attic-like area as my home. Not long after settling into my role, I decided to join a podrace for some reason, and had my followers build me a podracer. However, none of my reletavely small number of followers were any good at mechanical stuff and I ended up just sitting on top of a jet engine that broke down on the opening streatch. Dissapointed, i returned home. Some time later, it was Christmas time, and St. Nicholas (No, not Santa Claus, St. Nicolas; though he looked like a young, spritely Robin Hood for some reason) arrived to help spread holiday cheer! Using his powers he put the residents into a sort of stasis while he decorated the place for the holidays. The building had an indoor parklike area with a high glass roof, and he put up a large Christmas tree in the area, decorated it, put presents under it, set a tree on fire for holiday lights... Needless to say that last one worried me a little. I tried to convince him to put it out noting that it would spread to other trees, but he refused to listen. The fire went on to engulf the whole tree and did indeed start to spread to another, even shattering the glass cealing. Giving up on getting St. Nicholas to stop it, I took matters into my own hands. Using my own abilities, I broke the residents out of stasis and had them toss buckets of water onto the trees, putting out the fire before freezing into ice on the branches. While I was focused on that, I found that St. Nicholas's actions had begun to cause chaos throughout the complex, so I went to confront him and ultimately found him disguised as a copy of a dapper gentleman in the back of the crowd. After I found him, however, he mind-controlled a woman into attacking me. I broke her free from his control, but he then mind-controlled a whole group of residents into attacking me and ran off. Breaking free from my assailants, I chased after him as he caused chaos on the way, which I now knew to be delebrate. I discovered in a dining hall area, that he had dropped two time pieces, both colored in Christmasy colers and encased in orbs. As it turns out, two new time pieces had arrived recently, and St. Nicholas had found them before I became aware of their presence, made them his own, and then used them for his tricksterlike rampage. Absorbing them into myself, I gained more power and St. Nicholas lost his powers, allowing me to capture him and the residents were able to begin recovering and rebuilding. Then I woke up.
