Are you allowed to look into recovering old posts while you're waiting for the third party? Or is that completely access-denied until the new forum is running and public? What Pumpkin seems oddly totalitarian and secretive these days. I've been away from the scene for years, and the change is stark and strange. Unfortunately, old post recovery also depends on this third party  |

Pretty sure the archive isn't officially done considering no one has handed out info for people to start going on to the site to pick up stuff they lost. Aka it's less that it's broken and more like it's not finished.

I am greatly dismayed by the death-or-maybe-not of the MSPA forums, especially since I never thought to back up the three parts of SBURB Patch Notes. :/
Hopefully the new forum is up soon with all old posts intact.

I hope to god the forums comeback before we hit 1 year without forums. I think it also bears mentioning that I can't get Paradox Space to load either. I hope PXS didn't tank like the forums.

A few questions for Philip:
When did you start reading Homestuck, if you ever did?
If you did read Homestuck, did you participate in the fandom? Where did you commit said participation?
I'm just curious about whether you have history here, or if they just dragged in some poor rando off the street to try and fend off the existential wrath triggered by our realization of the non-immortal nature of all human accomplishment.
I'm having a bit of an existential crisis here, see, and then I just found out that a significant portion of my youth has been shoved down the memory hole, and so I was just curious as to the folks trying to keep the embers of the broken fandom alive. Because if they didn't know what they were even assigned to try and revive... I feel like there's some deep philosphical conclusion I"m about to come to here, but I just can't quite reach it, and also i need to go to sleep.
