You do not own such a thing because Ludwig doesn't need food! Ghostdogs do not have a need for sustenance of any kind. That aside, your inventory is quite barren. All that you currently have with you is your BOW and your humble supply of ARROWS.
You never planned on staying out for too long, so you didn't take much with you.

These names are getting kind of redundant. Just because you have a bow doesn't mean your name is Archer Girl! You do have an actual name. It's a very good one, too.

Now that formalities and introductions are out of the way, you survey your current location.
You were looking for Ludwig, your precious companion, and you ended up here. The ECLIPSE has ended long ago, too. You need to return home to your town soon! Staying alone in the FOREST OF ILLUSIONS is a bad idea.
But before that, most importantly, you have to find Ludwig!! The animal will not be happy if it's not with you.
And if he's not happy, then you will not be happy either.
Now, where to look?

Also, where's Aria's special ability? Did she leave it at home?
...Can an ABILITY even be physically left at home?
Eh, oh well. In the interest of staying in character: >Aria: search the woods carefully. Be cautious, though, or you and Ludwig might end up following each other in circles.
I'm holding you to that plot twist, by the way. If we don't get Aria's deep and traumatic backstory about how she was transformed from a Raichu into a human by Act 4, I'm quitting this comic.

Very beautiful comic.
(Depending on where you are in the recently just happened timelime) -> Aria, listen for howling.
Alternatively, Look around for strange lights. I know it's the forest of Illusions, but take any leads you can see.
Extra Alternatively, look for any strange footprints/track marks. Ludwig doesn't leave tracks, since he floats, but maybe he's tracking something else? Dogs do that, right?

Oh, of course! Your MIRAGE ability!!!
The ability which has helped you hide your identity for so long! Without it, you would've been dead long ago. But by using it, you were able to change your appearance to anything just by thinking it!
This had allowed you to live safely between monsters for a long time.

This ability is the most useful thing in your life.

How is disguising your appearance going to help you find Ludwig??? Sure, MIRAGE is good for blending in, plus it lacks a physical form which makes it easy to use and hide...
But it's still not going to be useful anytime soon in this scenario!!!

Nino --> Encounter hostile villagers.
Five --> Use DIPLOMACY
Nino --> End up being VOLUNTEERED as the MONSTER TOWN DOCTOR. Turns out, lots of people attack monsters and they get hurt! Five will probably tell them that you can fix them all. Assist as best as you're able. Be overwhelmed by aggressively friendly hugs.

(Also, Nino wouldn't know this, but if being a human isn't enough to kill him on sight, showing up with the companion of one of their townspeople probably would. Considering how monster-human relations are in these sorts of things, the monsters might assume Nino killed Aria.)
