I see that smile Kotori's making in that last panel there. I don't know if that means she has a plan or if she's just happy they're getting away and she has an excuse for not killing them, but just in case:

I say, run off into the woods. See if Aria knows where to go. Are there other towns besides Red Tulip Town?
Also, How is Aria holding up? Her life (as she knows it) is basically over. If she got so heartbroken over her first human friend leaving (for a part of a day), she'll be pretty over the loss of all of her monster friends, and Kotori's betrayal in particular.
Visit the graveyard again on the way back out of the town. It might be the last time you see the place.
