I didn't see it this way, but if we do the "Forumsonas become characters of their own projects" then it could be cool.
Those without adventures could, exceptionally, reference some of their non-fanventure or non-Mspa works.

Okay, so let me see if I got this right...our forumsonas are working together on one collaborative webcomic, and then somehow get sucked into it? OR we're working on our own individual projects and get sucked into THEM?
Both sound good, but I think the collaborative one would be better for telling a unified story. If we're all doing our own things separate from each other, this could deteriorate quickly.

It'd be better if they all get in the same story, but maybe in different places or epochs. The thing here is unity, collaboration. Our forumsonas are collaborating to create a Sburbventure, but then must collab to get out of it.
I think I already know how they could even enter their 'venture, but I'd need to work on it.

This sounds pretty exciting, honestly. Though I can't help but feel that communication is a major key, and maybe Skype or Discord (hell, even MSPARP) stuff would come in handy when discussing things. Just a suggestion, but whatevs.
Hopefully this won't end horribly like that one other self-insert adventure that basically evolved into a mess of bleugh. Anyways, just call me 'Auto'.
