Hey guys, I don't typically post or even browse forums, so I'm not sure if I'm even doing this right. However, I am a big fan of MSPA and two friends and I have been planning a comic for a few months now. We are very excited, but I'm the only one with a computer (Partner 1 does our art on mobile and Partner 2 helps with plot and character design the traditional way: Paper!) We're not planning to put any animations in. Not yet, at least. But I was wondering if anyone could help me with the establishment of the rest of a page. I've figured out the basics (entering text and linking to the next page) But I can't figure out how to insert images, make chat logs, or change the text on the "==>" links. If anyone could help, I would be tremendously grateful, as this comic is really important to (Partner 1) and she's really important to me. If it's complicated to instruct on this kind of thing, Send me a message on my tumblr. Thank you so much!

first of all, don't use times new roman. it looks ugly and there's no reason for it. second of all, i think you should move this thread to Creative Works (Artbound). it fits more there. lastly, are you talking about the mirror site or these forums?

1) Do what Beb says 2) I'd be glad to help with technical support, although I suck at art 3) (d'aww the part i highlighted 2 cute 4 me) 4) I don't think people will actually want to respond to tumblr, it takes way too much time, as I don't have a Tumblr and never ever will, but I'd be glad to help nonetheless

I can tell you one thing guy; you have come to the right place. We CARE about stuff here on Omega forums, and you will almost certainly be swamped with good vibes, well wishes, and enough help to make a down-on-his-luck alcoholic into a respectable father figure. Metaphorically seeing

Also I was just playing with the fonts for posting, I didn't think it would look shitty, sorry. I can't move posts I don't think, so I should just repost it there? and if nobody will want to reply there, do you have any suggestions for quick messaging outside of the forum?

If you didn't know about the rules on Text Format, then I'm going to assume you haven't read the rules at all. Please do so. Only staff can move posts, so I could do that. Not to Creative Works, though, Fan Projects is the place you wanna be. If for some reason people want to reply to you elsewhere, Discord seems like a popular choice.

Ahh, I apologize for not going over them. I initially did not intend to post, and when I did, I forgot that I had not read them. Would you mind to move my post, then? I'm rather excited to get this project under way and just need a bit of help. I will look into discord as well.

Discord is extremely powerful and useful. https://www.reddit.com/r/homestuck/comments/48d6ag/official_rhomestuck_discord_channel/ Advertise a little on the main Homestuck Discord. You should easily find a few artists and a bunch of followers. You should also make or maintain a discord for your project! They are incredibly popular.
My favorite discords are the smaller cliques gathered around forum adventures.
