 Wow, look at you, in the middle of a Cold Opening.You are Sarah Leachman, and in the traditional way of all Young Adult fiction protagonists you are unlike most girls. This is because you have a penis. but being transgender asside, you are also in the middle of potentially being killed, which isn't exactly the most fun thing that you've ever experienced. This is your enemy. Its diamond shape, although threatening in a strange abstract way is likely not due to a good sense of design, but instead a designer who is either a really big hipster or a designer who is really lazy.Similarly, the fact that it changes shape in the same way one would represent a glitch in a video game is infact not because of an actual glitch, but because it adds some visual variety to the otherwise really boring enemy.You have yet to observe exactly what its powers are, but you are somewhat afraid of the potential that approaches infinity at a relatively moderate pace.Luckily enough, you have your own power that you can use to fight this thing. You kind of hate this thing, because of how incredibly difficult it is to use in combat scenario's, but at the same time, using nothing in a combat scenario would be slightly harder, so its good to have on hand.Ultimately , Your going to have to be creative to fight this thing though. What will you do? |

Its not a power designed for combat situations like some powers are. But frankly, in real life, your not exactly in combat situations often, so most the time for most people it doesn't matter. But you are in a combat situation right now, unlike most people in most situations, so that kind of sucks... But it does have its uses!  For example, aslong as your skin is touching the thing, they can be effected by the object aswell, so your clothes can touch the stuff aswell. And over the years, you've learnt how to make simple 3D shapes by making lots and lots of 2D shapes!  Also, people can still see the things you create, even if they can't interact with them, and you have used this to your advantage before to trick people into doing various different things. >Sarah: Draw a red diamond shape to fight the blue one.  You create your own diamond shape, however, due to strange colour coding reasons, it ends up more pink then red. While you think its kind of pretty, the gender binary does annoy you. 2. The pink diamond, due to stupid dynamic character trait reaons, is innatly out of touch with its own emotions >Sarah: Grab Steinback and run. You where the only strait in an all-gay highschool (this is ofcourse because you used to think you were gay before you figured everything out), and as your expression in this frankly not very good drawing suggests, you where generally complacent with your life there. With your item 'Steinback' on your side, you went through many psychological thriller based adventures and you where thinking of writing a book about them all at some point. But, logically, that all changed.... considering you are not at gay school, but instead in some weird space place.  Unluckily however you have no idea how you got in this weird space place. The last thing you remember was coming back home from school, and then... you woke up in this weird place...  The important thing ofcourse is the letter that was sitting on the floor next to you. Ofcourse after moving to 3D perspective, you remember that Steinback can only create 2D items, and this creating the cage was useless.  In response you have the genius idea to create three other 2D cages to create a 3D cage!  You ofcourse realized that this wasn't really "genius", when you realized that really, using a cage against any 2D creature is honestly not a great idea. >Create a 2D sword. You sense an intense anxiety coming from the blue diamond, and considering how you only sensed it after this action, its likely an effect of the floating pink pixel right in between its lack of eyes  Following the rule of three's you try to imprison the Blue Diamond again. You draw a box around the Blue Diamond, forcing the destruction of the cage, due to panel space reasons.  Finally figuring out Steinback's limitations however, the Blue Diamond simply escapes the pink box, thus finally bringing this joke to its logical extreme. The anxiety the blue diamond used to feel over floating pink pixels is now no longer a problem. >Draw a summoning circle on the ground to call for aid.  You create the summoning circle, and call for aid. That old man down at the convenience store always said that you where a devil worshipper! If only he could see you now!  You can feel it working! A sense of foreboding and foreshadowing echo's through your body.  You can feel the new being forming!!!  Its a second pink diamond... :/ |
