Where's your arm? You had an arm last time you checked!! Losing arms isn't a normal occurrence, in fact, they're pretty hard to lose! On a "List of things that are hard to lose", it's towards the top! Maybe even the top five!
Oh god, okay. Screaming isn't helping matters much. Stand up- oof, you're just noticing how dizzy you are. And why are you passed out on the ground in an alleyway while MISSING a limb?! At least you're standing, if tentatively. Your legs feel wobbly, like you could fall any minute.
The sudden realization of everything that's abnormal right now is hitting you all at once. A choking feeling is welling up and making its home in your throat as you try and get a hold of yourself. Maybe you should untie the sleeve and see what's there- oogh, the thought of staring at the sad stump that your arm must be now isn't appealing. Is it even disinfected? It doesn't actively hurt, though, there's just a dullness on that side of your body. You can move it, so it's not totally gone... God, you're not even sure how you'll-

 Well this is the best thing to happen today. Dogs are good. You like dogs. Guess you have half the petting power you did before, but one hand is better than none. This little fellow seems friendly enough...

 Now that you're not actively screaming or freaking out, your mind is clear enough for thoughts. What is the last thing you remember... You were delivering a package. You do odd jobs for people around town all the time to make some cash, so it's not like you were doing anything abnormal. Some guy in town asked for you to make a deliver, so you took the package to some nice looking townhouse, you think, and some.. person took it. They're kind of foggy in your head- you remember formal wear and thinking 'these must be some hoity toity folks', but noting specific. In a rich place like that, though, the owner probably wouldn't have been the one to open the door. More likely a servant, like a maid or butler or something. Among what details you lack, you do remember having both arms. Two, dos, a pair, a couplet. Up until handing off the package- that's where everything goes black. Geez, how inconclusive. It's better than nothing, you suppose.
