Buzzette / Randal)   Buzzette lifts the pot from the pillar, giving it a quick shake to listen for hidden goodies inside. Two rumbling lumps can be heard rolling around in the clay pot, and a quick peek down the neck of the pot reveals two more green crystal rocks. They are unretreivable without smashing the pot, as the neck is too narrow to pull the crystals from. Winslow appears from the chamber, and breathes a sigh of relief. "Now, we just need to get ourselves up to Thomas. He's the other guy I mentioned before, whom I met before you," Winslow says from the floor. Randal pockets the pick and the screwdriver. Then, hearing voices and clatterings of crystal on clay, floats over to the opposite side of their room and peeks through the grated door of their chamber. He spots a Beemun shaking a clay pot vigorously, and just barely manages to spot the white dot on the ground that would be the white mouse Winslow. |

Buzzette) Shuffling the freed crystals from the smashed pot into your inventory, you mozy over to the area deeper in the hall.  The hall ends at a small corner occupied by a bookshelf, a heavy wooden trapdoor, and a winch of sorts. Just as soon as you enter the corner, you hear a light voice from behind you. It's not the voice of Winslow, so you quickly double back to inspect its source. / Randal) Buzzette returns from the opposite end of the hall, realizing they had their back turned to someone in the opposite cell this entire time!  Randal offers but a simple wave, beckoning Buzzette and Winslow over. "Hello? Would you mind explaining what exactly is going on? Why am I behind bars?" the fairy inquires. Buzzette simply looks down to Winslow, expectantly. The mouse squeaks, "None of us are sure. Seems like we all woke up in this building with zero recollection of how we got here or what this place is. Oh, and the building is floating in space... Look, we don't really have answers. Let's try and get you outta that cell, hows that sound?" |

Buzzette / Randal) Buzzette peddles her wares fervently to Randal.  "What a pleasure to make your aquaintance, sir... ? Ah, no need for names! I'd like to offer you a deal of a lifetime. Three magnificent new fragrances from the new FragranciCo spring collection, all at a very affordable price. My, would you enjoy a free sample? Silly me, of course you would! Why just take a whiff of my beautiful scents and see for yourself! See? See?" Buzzette prattles. Randal backs off from the Beemun's entrepreneurial advances, as Winslow simply shakes their head. |

Randal) You gingerly accept the free sample of Plumblossom from the Beemun, pocketing it into your inventory.  / Buzzette) " Well, thank you for the sample. Who are you two, anyways?" Randal asks the odd pair outside the cell door. The mouse says from below, "You can call me Winslow. This is Buzzette Stinglass." Randal nods, and simply says, "Randal Starmoor. Do you know a way I could get out of this room? A way to open the lock?" Buzzette steps up to the metal door, and with a firm grip with both of her insectoid claws, gives it a good shake. It won't budge. " If I could get inside, I could display my expert skills in lockpicking, dear customer," Buzzette says. |

Randal) From his coat pockets, Randal produces the various tools he picked up from the workbench, displaying them to Buzzette. "Would these help in picking the lock?" The Beemun nods, and says assuringly, "Um, yes! I'm sure we could make do with these. I can't help you much myself from outside here. Winslow, keep him company." She then turns to venture back down the hall.  The white mouse scampers into Randal's cell, looking up to the green fairy hovering in the air. " I'm not really sure how Buzzette got out of her cell. I think she casted witch magic on the lock. Do fairies have lockpicking magic?" Winslow squeaks. Buzzette) You knick the chain hanging from your wall, and link it up to the short chain hanging on to the winch.  |

Buzzette)  You lean over and give the solid trapdoor a nice tug. And heaven above, is it heavy. You grip and you pull with all your might, but your fragile frame does not provide enough strength to lift the trapdoor. Perhaps with more hands it would be possible to manually lift the trapdoor, but your available comrades are a mouse and a fairy. Randal)  You attempt to pick the lock with the hammer and the screwdriver. Sadly, this selection of tools does not have a instrument with a delicate enough point to fiddle with the inner mechanisms of the lock. |

Randal)  Floating over to the barrel and taking a peek inside, you find a lightbulb, a hunk of vibrant green crystal, and a number of red mushrooms with green spots growing on the barrels bottom. The Science Kit, the most useful tool for a Scientist as yourself, allows you to create concoctions and brews with the power of chemistry. By combining various chemicals and reactive ingredients, you can make useful items and powerful weapons through science! The potency of your scientific brews depends on your proficiency in crafting them, and the reagents used in the items creation. You think with the perfume, you could enhance its smell to be even greater and more pleasant, or perhaps corrupting it entirely and making it most foul. |

Randal)  You scavenge the items from the barrel. You try flexing your skills as a trained Scientist by combining some of these items through the Science Kit.  The (Emerald Furnacescus Fuel) can't be used as a reactant, as it isn't processed into a proper state that can be used. But, you think with a bit more practice and proper materials, you'd be capable of turning the emerald into some crazy hallucinogenic mushroom crystal meth.  Within both your inventory and the bounds of your expertise, you know that the (Perfume Sample), the (Mushrooms), and the (Blue Pen) could be used as reactants for proper chemistry. Buzzette)  You show that cabinent who's BOSS. |

Buzzette)  Traveling to the farthest left corner of the hallway, you find another dead end. In the left corridor besides Randal's cell door, you find a window to the grey void, a crate, a coil of hemp rope, and another masterfully crafted stone pillar. |

Buzzette)  Lifting the lid off of the crate, you open the wooden box to find a hacksaw and a pair of binoculars. Seeing as none of these things are nailed down, you pocket both the tools and the coil of rope that was sitting on the crate.  Randal)  If you were to use the science kit to combine both the Blue Pen and the Mushrooms, you would be able to imbue the pen with mushroom's toxic properties. Will not entirely corrosive, the pen's ink would be highly toxic and hallucinatory. |
