The fruits of your labours apparent, you both dive into the hole revealed by the trapdoor.



You fall in a rather softboiled manner.



Your landing reveals another hall, that extends to both the left and the right.

You consult your magic 8-ball for further advice on what your next move should be.

The fates don't seem keen on helping.

With a bit of time and some elbow grease, you've managed to pry open a sizeable breach in the barred window. Beyond is the vast, open grey void that you seem to be drifting through. You also stash the hammer into the rest of your inventory.

Randal / Buzzette)

As soon as Randal begins to approach the strange shape in the corner, it turns to meet his gaze. And boy does the creeping monstrous eye gaze back! A mass of tentacles dangle down from the body of the giant eye, an eye which is puffy and swollen, with a blood red pupil dotting its center. The odd monstrosity hovers in the air inscrutiably.



Buzzette quickly approaches the eye monster, presenting it a free sample. "A pleasure to meet your acquaintance, Monsieur Eye! Might I interest you in a free sample of FragranciCo. fragrances?"
Winslow peeps with terror, calling from Randals palm, "Buzzette! What in heavens name are you doing! Don't go near that thing-"



Before the mouse can utter another word, Buzzette spritz some Plumblossom in the direction of the eye. The pungent scent causes the creature to wince and recoil, temporarily blinded.

Gathering the loose materials scattered in the corner, you move over to the opening you've made in the bars.



Peering outside, you stare deep into the empty space beyond, the building you are in floating freely within the grey void. Are you sure you wish to continue?

Randal / Buzzette)


Buzzette lashes out at the eye beast with a powerful spritz of her perfume, continuing her assault upon the creature's cornea. Randal looks to the little creature in his hand for advice. Winslow shakes his head, and responds, "I've seen something like that thing only once. I can't say I know much about them, other than they're a threat... Shouldn't we do something to help Buzzette? Or, perhaps, it looks like she has things handled."

> The perfume seems to be holding it off, but maybe we can do better: Combine the perfume with a mushroom and spray the creature.

Randal / Buzzette)
Buzzette springs towards the pillar, hefting the blue vase into her hands. But, before she is able to bring the vase down upon the eye beast, it places a teary eye gaze upon the Beemun.



The eye beast unleashes a terrible curse from its eye, instilling an unnatural fear into Buzzette. Her joints lock up, and she is completely paralyzed by the eye. Seeing Buzzette losing control of the skirmish, Randal throws together the perfume sample and the mushrooms into a fungal perfume.




Using the newly crafted concoction, Randal sprays down the eye beast, unleashing its potent effects on the monster.



The beast floats low to the floor in a complete daze, overtaken by the perfumes effects. The eye is now subdued. Winstow bellows, "Ah, yes! Excellent work Randal! Now, uhm, whats wrong with Buzzette?"

You descend into the void, absconding from the prison. You begin to float off into the deep grey ocean, the stone facility shrinking into the distance as you fall further. Eventually, the prison winks out of sight all together, leaving you with just your broom to keep you company.
