 Welcome back to the Gutters, kid. It's been a while, so let me remind you how all this works. Like some kinda tutorial or something.  1) This is you. You can walk side to side. You can fall. But you can't jump. 2) These are boxes. You can pick them up. You can carry as many as you want at the same time. 3) This is gum. It blocks your path. You can dissolve it using a box with the same symbol. The box dissolves, too, so you can't use it twice. That one with two symbols? That means either kind of box will work. And you can't just dissolve part of the gum. The whole piece goes. 4) This is a ladder. You can climb it. 5) When you press the A button, the A gate will slide open. And then those boxes will fall to the platform below. 6) This big arrow shows your objective. Right now, you need to bring the star box to the pipe. Then you can advance to the next page. 7) Here's the pipe. Alright, that should be all. When you think you've figured out your course of action, let me know. |

Terrible. Food was bad. The smell was worse. You'd think the old schnozzola'd get use to constant olfactory assult, but NO.

Tell me about it. Hey, d'you know where the stink comes from? Apparently, when the elemental spirits of Sadness and Longing come together in the air, they create an Alchemical Reaction that results in a bad smell. Not sure if I believe that kind of ancient lore, though. Use the lines of the graph paper to climb up to the star cube. [[ Sorry, that is not an available action! ]] |

Does ancient lore explain how this shit gets down here? Apparently, that's due to the Alchemical cycle wherein the boxes that dissolve in gum and in the acid below enter the astral plane, where they waft back up into the sky tubes to form new boxes.
