It's way too dark to really see anything of substance in this decrepit old place. This webpage can help. Mayohopper clicks the link and it shows a ghost explaining not only how to fly your computer around as a hoverboard, but also shows how to summon dark-vision goggles?
 The ghost does some odd movements with its hands and recommends copying them.

This is how Tocsin in particular shows "attraction", not to much surprise to the common ghost. It can be a normal, healthy way of flirting for some types, and Tocsin just so happens to be in that category.
