> Check around the rocks for would-be ambush aficionados, hidden treasure, mysterious sigils, magic flowers, or rocks (but the kind you can hold in your hand and peg someone with).

See if rocks from the Mesa island will allow new islands to be formed in the same way the flowers did. You test the capabilities of the island's rocks. They fall in a way that their kind typically does, which you don't know if you expected or didn't at this point. Plant some flowers here. Maybe, they will take root and grow. You plant the remaining pristine flowers, which seem to grip into the hard earth unnaturally well. Otherwise, nothing notable occurs.
Inventory:
Space: 8.25/25
-Red Triangle Core (2) x 1
-Green Pyramid (3) x 1
-Teal Spheres (.333) x 3
-Blue Vial 1) x 1
-Teal Vial (1) x 1
-Withered Blue Flower (.25) x 1
Explore the tower, and see if there is some loot in there. >See if you can find a way into the lighthouse. You follow a path up the mesa and approach the Light House's front entrance. It appears to be unlocked. You enter the lighthouse, the lower level of which seems to lack the lighting seen on the higher floors. Two spiderlike beings sit in the room. They seem unaware of your entrance. On the left wall is a long counter with many cabinets and some sort of apparatus sitting on top.

Shout Hello. See if it echoes, this is a large space. Are the red symbols on the wall logos, or lights? Try to illuminate this room, so you don't miss things while searching.

Shout Hello. See if it echoes, this is a large space. Are the red symbols on the wall logos, or lights? Try to illuminate this room, so you don't miss things while searching. > Present the Core to the Arachnid Apparatus. > Prepare an excuse, they might think you murdered it. > Prepare for a Pokemon Battle. Throw the core at the spiders. You mutter some excuse about an accident outside to set aside the obviously incorrect assumptions of murder the two beings might hold about you while you throw the triangle core at the beings. It lightly skips across the stone floor before bumping into one of them, and landing in front of the closest one.
Inventory:
Space: 6.25/25
-Green Pyramid (3) x 1 -Teal Spheres (.333) x 3 -Blue Vial 1) x 1 -Teal Vial (1) x 1 -Withered Blue Flower (.25) x 1
The assailed being awakens and knowingly stares you down. It seems either angered or saddened by the condition of its comrade. It hops over and encapsulates the triangle core, continuing to watch you attentively, though not clearly poised to attack at the moment. >Try to sneak to up to the apparatus unnoticed and inspect it. With the active being still watching, you move over to examine the apparatus. A tower with a large clear container sits in the middle, with a glass box with two hatched doors on the side on top. In the middle of this box is a metal platform. On the left of this tower is a ornately detailed dish with wires connecting to something underneath. On the right is a very large box obscuring an emblem, and a small box with a button on it that connects to both the tower and the larger rightmost box. All of these sit on cabinets of various sizes.

You push the button. A wave of ethereally charged air flows through the machinery, emerging from filaments on the dish and then moving though the chambers of the main tower. Though it doesn't seem to do anything. > Put a teal sphere and a green pyramid in the glass box, close the hatches, then press the button. You put the green pyramid and one of the teal spheres into the glass box, and latch the doors. Inventory:
Space: 2.916/25
-Teal Spheres (1/3) x 2 -Blue Vial 1) x 1 -Teal Vial (1) x 1 -Withered Blue Flower (1/4) x 1
You once again push the button, and watch as the charge preforms its previous race around the machinery. When it reaches the two objects though, they dissolve into wispy masses that reform as a new composite object. > Open cabinets. Non-threateningly. As a main character, it is your privilege... nay, your duty, to loot every building you enter, see, discover, own, are adjacent to, come across, or otherwise become aware of without any regard to other occupants. You pilfer the first set of cabinets for the sparse loot they contain. It's not like the present inhabitants of this place are paying any mind to your shenanigans. In your troubles, you collect 4 Teal Spheres, 2 Blue Rods, 2 Red Cubes, 1 Green Pyramid, as well as the composite object. Inventory:
Space: 12.58/25
-Green/Teal Composite (3 1/3) x 1 -Green Pyramid (3) x 1 -Teal Spheres (1/3) x 6 -Blue Rods (1/2) x 2 -Red Cubes (1/2) x 2 -Blue Vial 1) x 1 -Teal Vial (1) x 1 -Withered Blue Flower (1/4) x 1
>wonder how you managed to become an anti hero so quickly. You would think about the immorality of your actions, but karma takes the opportunity to booby trap the next cabinet with a somewhat onerous denizen.

(Wow, nice gif. It looks really cool.)
Well, we've already established that you've done enough bad that they won't listen to you anymore. Smack it with your flower.

Update I bashed and bent the port on the USB drive containing all of my data, so I will need to take a bit to rebuild my Eightfold assets. I will be trying to do this as soon as possible.
