(No, you don't need to "apply" for this RP so long as your character follows the rules outlined below)

Located somewhere in the midst of a big Alternian city resides the Trollslum Cafe! A place for trolls of all ages and blood colors to get together, drink a little bit, get some food, and talk about some good old fashioned culling. It's a hot spot known throughout the area, and even has trolls visiting from distant forests and neighborhoods, and sometimes, even the ocean! It's famous for its ever-changing atmosphere, some trolls even swear that every time they go in it looks different!

About The Cafe:
The cafe is a relaxed, friendly (or not so friendly) atmosphere to have your characters meet other characters and get into conversations. (or arguments! Trolls are very angry.) It's intended for short, quick rps between two or more characters, and is helpful for figuring out characters personalities without committing to something you don't have the time to!
It takes place in a Cafe (of course) that has anything and everything your troll could ever need! Servbots to come around and take your orders, a bar for your alcoholic trolls, and even a handy set of restrooms for those with no bladders! The menu changes constantly, as does the drink list.
Basically, it's a massive sandbox that you can do most anything in, as long as it follows the rules!

RULES:
1) Nothing super sexual! Kissing, flirting, basically anything as long as it doesn't involve open shirts and flying trousers. Nothing too descriptive either. Keep it PG. This is against not only the sites rules, but Proboards rules as well.
2) No harassment! If you're harassing someone via PM or OOC within the thread itself, you're going to get in trouble. Characters harassing characters is different, though if it gets to the point where the other person is literally just throwing in the character to harass the other, it's breached into actual harassment. Don't hog peoples characters! Again, this is a site rule, as well. No harassment, it's just not cool.
3) Do NOT godmod! If your character and another persons character get into a fight, check and make sure it's alright for your character to do x or y, or write it out to give them ample chance to dodge it! (IE; My troll gets in a fight with X's troll, instead of just writing 'My troll throws out a punch, clocking x's troll in the jaw', I'd write 'My troll throws out a punch, aiming for x's trolls' jaw.' Or I'd ask them beforehand if that was alright to do!)
4) As for Fight RPs, keep them PG! As far as descriptions and actions go, if you think it'll be too much, it probably is. Remember, Proboards is a site without an age limit, so we must keep it as PG as we can! Getting too into detail can result in a warning or a ban, as its against the site policy on NSFW. Just keep it PG.
5) Communication is key! Spontaneity can be all fun and games, but when it gets down to it, if you're not communicating with your rp partner, you might upset them with something your troll did! This is especially relevant when it comes to fight/flirting rps within the cafe. Always ask for permission before you do something like that to someone elses troll!
6) As for characters who are allowed, most any character can participate in the cafe! As long as they're not a mutant*, over 10 sweeps, or a human. This is the Troll Cafe, not the human cafe. This is also based in an Alternian setting, so nothing related to SGRUB will be allowed.
7) We reserve the right to edit, change, remove, or otherwise totally mess around with these rules as we see fit (We referring to whoever is currently """"in charge"""" of the cafe, which is just me at this point) at any time for any reason.
(*Mutants are a special case-by-case. If the mutation can be well hidden, it should be allowed. But if its something like an extra arm, eye, nose, or wings your troll won't be allowed.)

The rp isn't too hard to follow! You throw in a character, and it generally goes something like this.

As you can see, theres a variety of ways to structure your post. Talksprites and Minisprites AREN'T REQUIRED! Images just help get the character across to people better. If you don't have any images though, odds are there is someone around the forum who will be able to help you out! Alternatively, you can flex your writing muscles and describe them out fully in their intro post.
