Alice appears to be unaware of any strange happenings occurring.
Shi and Tibbir have a pretty solid idea of what the group of children will do in each of those situations, though that may evolve over time. If the planet is hostile, they intend to use any weapon systems the ships have to establish a stronghold on the planet and colonize by brute force, though Alice is against this idea.
If it's peaceful, then the children will peacefully colonize the planet and live peacefully along the other life. If it's deserted, it appears the plan is to start a whole new population of humans and to name it 'New Earth', rather than just a city or stronghold called New Earth. Alice is... A little embarrassed about this idea. |

Well, as you saw previously when Alice was a small child, simple levitation and tasks can by the ship to help Alice with non-life changing events when needed. That was the yellow light.
There really isn't any ship left to explore either now.
