I have three off the top of my head - NEO-KOSMOS is good so far. I've seen nothing but good things so far with the whole kids in space things. - Just started HELVETICA but things seem good so far, only found out about it because of the fact that it's a comic about a skeleton named after a font and it's what inspired two other skeletons named after fonts in the video game everybody knows about by this point - An interesting little comic, Zoophobia, about a guidance counselor going to a school in a world where talking animals, vampires, demons (including Satan's son), robots, among other things are. There's barely any of it and took me an hour to finish at where it's stopped right now but seems interesting so far. Wow, I've barely read any web comics. I think I'm going to have to read a bunch of the stuff that's been in this thread.

The comics I recommend are: Bicycle Boy - If Borderlands had a 2 year-old child and that child got lost in the Radioactive Supermarket, there's a huge chance that that child would be Bicycle Boy. It's basically the tale of an amnesiac cyborg that gets beat up a lot by bandits in a desert. His best friend is a bicycle and he is the most adorable man-child ever. This comic is great at being really interesting even though there are no words for about fifty pages (yup). The paneling is also pretty darn amazing. The Adventures of Jonas - It's a coming of age auto-biographical that has a whole lot of criminal mischief, tribal wonders, and wild adventures in it. You probably won't believe half of the stuff in here, but it would still have that extremely honest tone about it no matter if it's real or not. The pallete is mostly based on orange (or sepia) and the best parts are the Author's comments. Hands-down one of my favorite comics ever. Follow the Leader - It's written by the protagonist from the comic above. I have to warn you though: It has mild cannibalism in it, but that doesn't seem to be escalating anytime soon. It also has the same aura that "The Adventures of Jonas" has except with a really colorful pallete and a more worldly gray vs. gray theme between freedom/hostility and restriction/passivity (also the horror genre). It also gives humanity to the inhumane pretty effectively, so if you ever want to love cannibalistic forest children, there's that. Hell(P) - The pallete is entirely made up of white, black, and red. It tells the tale of a help service in Hell. This service is composed of four people (and a demon). These four are later joined by two more people because they must have six people (and a demon) to enter a deathmatch (even though they sort-of didn't really want to enter it). The prize? A one-way ticket to Heaven. Has a whole lot of dark humor. I have no idea how the guy with two eyepatches can see.

One critically acclaimed all-time classic that everyone should check out is Achewood. Start at the beginning (it gets much better).

There are a bunch of webcomics that take the idea of Darths and Droids/DM of the Rings and apply it to another work of fiction. Most of them aren't very good, or are no longer updating, but I can definitely recommend dandaangvanced.tumblr.com/ which is well into the second season of ATLA. I think the only other one I was following was a Steven Universe one? I haven't checked that in a while though.

I have some more Webcomics bookmarked and have not read but they seem good: Above The Clouds has really cool appealing art. Octopus Pie looks like a slice of life comic, I liked it for the art (again) I still have to read these. (I don't know why but I had it marked as Octopussie, lol) Fisheye Placebo: I HAVE ACTUALLY READ THIS ONE, the art is godlike and there is some good humor, reflection and characters to be looked at. Hey, I'm gay! A slice of life/Comedy webcomic actually made by one of my Homestuck friends. It's been having some trending on Tapastic and it's really funny. I recommend it. For now that's it. -w- ç (check out blank null ;D)

Don't really have any that haven't been mentioned elsewhere, but I can second a few.
"NEO-KOSMOS" is a great mspa-style adventure about kids in space that's been good so far and seems to be heading towards a pretty intriguing plot. The style's very interesting, almost storyboard-like in the panel progression. If you like Steven Universe you'll probably like this.
"Paranatural" is excellent, really interesting world of specters and spirits with good characters, brilliant humor and hints of a conspiracy plot with shadowy organizations and an ancient evil. The author, Zack Morrison, also did some guest art for Homestuck and the "Summerteen Romance" comic for Paradox Space, so you can look at those for a good preview of what Paranatural is like.
"Kill Six Billion Demons" is really, really, really convoluted and fascinating. If you like super-complex cosmologies, really neat Gnostic and Tao-inspired mythology, multiverse plots, and lots of amazing scenery porn, definitely look this up. Though, be warned, there is a hell of a lot of ancillary text and plot, even entire short stories. (Also: Sing-along demon contests.)

Gigi of Cucumber Quest made this new standalone comic, you can read the whole thing start to finish right now: gigidigi.itch.io/lady"For the past while I’ve been working on a comic called Lady of the Shard, about an acolyte in love with a goddess. It’s somewhat experimental and more than a little gay."

Sometimes I don't want anyone to die, sometimes I want someone to die. This time it was the latter.

If you want to read something like Problem Sleuth then I really recommend Don't Ever Yell For Help. It's got two stories on it right now, one of which just released its first flash animation. It's new, but it definitely deserves more readers.
