You are now playing the action-adventure game, AD INFINITUM, or the means to reach INFINITY. This game, as you know, sliding it into your television, is all about control, truth, and magic. This game is about a game within a game, where mechanics and reality become one and the other in a flowchart of disproportionate chaos. But that's not really a thought you should be having right now, because you need to make a very important decision. Will you START the game? Investigate the OPTIONS? Or give up and EXIT the game entirely?

> Open the options menu
You click the OPTIONS button.
It looks like you'll need to start a new game to have any options, otherwise you'll just keep getting an error. After a few seconds, the screen updates and sends you back to the start-up menu.

> Start a new game You click on the START button. You are presented with four choices for the first step to Avatar Creation. There doesn't seem to be a back button, so this choice will most likely be permanent.

> Select 'a class' (as in the words "a class") You click on the bottom half of the first text box, not expecting anything to happen- Two hearts, assumedly an indicator that you selected the option, blink onto the screen, and a chime is heard as the screen updates! Congratulations on solving your first impromptu puzzle! You now have access to the DEBUG AVATAR CREATION screen! Instead of choosing one class and sticking with it, you'll be able to go through as many of the classes and their silhouettes as you'd like before choosing a body! > Keep it simple and choose 'Knight' You move your cursor over to the large white word, and click it, the chime going off and the hearts appear once more. You are now on the KNIGHT SELECTION SCREEN. However, since this is your first time playing, you don't get to see what the avatars look like beyond these shadows until you definitively choose one. But remember, you have the debug screen, so you can look through each screen until you decide on one that fits your fancy.

> Choose the letter "a" (as in, the letter "a" that is in "avatar.") Sadly, this does not seem to yield any special effects and/or puzzles like last time. > Select bottom avatar You move your cursor over to the bottom shadow. > Right one seems cool, choose that one Make up your mind already! Remember, once you confirm over a shadow, you'll be stuck with them, and unable to access the other CLASS SELECTION SCREENS forever. > Not decisively choose the left You move your cursor as so. > RIGHT RIGHT RIGHT RIGHT RIGHT You nearly break the mouse clicking the right avatar as many times as you did. > wait wait wait try selecting "UP UP DOWN DOWN LEFT RIGHT LEFT RIGHT" You try your hand at trying another puzzle that you made up, but the large red X seems to tell you whatever you did didn't work. > Select (in this order) "UP UP DOWN DOWN LEFT RIGHT LEFT RIGHT B A START" Huh! You seem to have done... something correctly. You heard an affirming beep, but the screen doesn't update. Maybe you'll reap this reward later on...?

> Proceed to go afk for like an hour to eat lunch and come back with chicken grease on your fingers. Then proceed to play.
