Considering I only have descriptions and no idea of how you see your charas, I'm taking a few creative liberties. Hope you don't mind. (and according to Undertale, ghosts are genderless.) I was going to draw everyone's character after they developed them a bit more while playing, but this works too!
And "honey fingers" means the same as "sticky fingers", which is just a polite way of saying you like to steal everything in sight

Those are just headcanon designs and you're free to have your own, of course. *insert here a Sticky Fingers joke that only those who didn't skip Vento Aureo will get.* (and by the way, i realized my spiderwolf has as many arms as there are other characters, so... yeah.) |

Good stuff right there. I like how you made the "&" part an actual lizard.
Can't wait for the roleplay. I'm curious how I'll be able to play out a neutral character, though. Most of my characters are either leaning towards good or evil.

A Neutral character acts for their own happiness/safety. They only want themselves and the people they care about to be happy. They are pretty versatile, as they don't bother with "what's good" or "what's right" (they can, but it's mostly optional), so they tend to put their needs and own feelings first. Their main goal is to "make it through in one piece", and they tend to stay clear of influences.
Contrary to popular belief, True Neutrals are not passive characters. They have a job to complete, and will complete it by doing nothing more, nothing less of what's required. They can be leaders, fighters, even strategists. A True Neutral isn't bound by morals or rules, and acts accordingly to their current situation. If there's a situation where they have to choose sides, they'll first try to stay out of this, but if needed, they'll choose on their own and without influences. They are aware of the consequences of their choice, but they'll ignore them or try to benefit everyone.
