What would happen if you entered the konami code?  You try inputting the KONAMI CODE. Unfortunately, the machine only accepted the first 4 inputs, leaving the combination at 1100. Now all you need to do is flip THE SWITCH of EVENT ACTIVATION. Which is in your ISLAND OBSERVATORY. ==> You traverse the ladder, and end up at your HOLO-GLOW ROOM.
