I just saw "The Conjuring 3, Barney Attacks Again" It really made me laugh out loud when this happened.

Oh yeah. I saw the episode of Steven Universe filling in for Sadie at beach a palooza. To be honest and no homo. But Steven looked way better in a dress with make up on than Sadie ever did. Shame on her man. The dude looked way better than you. What the hell are you doing? Who are you letting put your makeup on? Bless her heart. I don't do facepalms. I do implied ones. i0.kym-cdn.com/photos/images/newsfeed/000/762/095/77c.jpg

The Summer of Steven event knows how to go between "nice filler episodes that look into the background characters' lives" and "plot-filled episodes that make you squeal in reveal and also cry a little". I mean have you seen Centipeetle

I don't see many cartoons nowadays talking about abusive relationships and their outcome, Ptsd and social anxiety, grief and acceptance of loss, non-normative couples and families, all of that under a somewhat realistic angle. It's really a step towards a new, good generation of TV shows. Let's hope it gains more attention than the mediocre ones.

Now there's a whole discourse on the Lapis x Jasper ship, even though it was canonically described as "not healthy". People are arguing about who's the abuser and who can be redeemed or not. (I personally think they both were victims, albeit in different ways and with a different outcome. Lapis ended up traumatized while Jasper ended up addicted, it's pretty complex but I've seen a couple Tumblr posts summarizing it good enough.)
Now on to Week 3. *dodges spoilers with the ease of a porcupine in a field of balloons*

So much Steven Universe, so little time.
In recent news, I have started to play the Talos Principle...only my computer is too weak to run it, meaning that the frame rate is at a crawl and the grass has glitched out so it looks like i am walking on electrified black tar.

By the way, does anyone remember W.I.T.C.H? It was good. It had a tv adaptation but it didn't get much success. Oh well.

You don't need to lie, aquilus I'm not lying. I really can't cry for them. Of Mice and Men was the only book in history that made me cry and overall story made me cry.

You needn't cry. As long as the story is good, and if it makes you relate to the characters and situations, it is a good media.

I'd guess that either her mom incompetently put her make up on, or she doesn't know how to do herself up. Dude. Even Steven looked better in the dress. So much that he actually looked passable and would catch eye. I don't know where shit went wrong with Sadie and the dress and makeup. Whoever her stylist is, she need to hit them in the jaw. Because they're fucking up. Erghhh. I'm sorry, BUT I GOTTA ROAST HER!. (I oughta start roasting cartoon characters from now on) Sadie over here looking like that lady from the Sesame street animated skits, the one who talk like Nathan Lane. She look like a Gorilla with makeup on. It's like her mother tried so hard to make her look like Gem and the holograms and she ended looking like a rock em sock em robot or something out of Tron. I really think she can pull off looking well in a dress. But she should wear one that don't squeeze her boobs so hard that it sends em to her jawline and makes it look like she has an inverted muffin top. She could pull off mascara. But she need to go with something like red or orange, or like dark blue, or hell even black or gray. But lipstick look like a no no.

aquilus3 , my dude, you done exhausting yourself over a cartoon? Pff. Did your grandma win? She did when I walked her through it, but not when she tried it on her own after I went to bed. Most of it is that she has trouble telling which tiles are on top of other ones. She says she's willing to practice though, so maybe some day!
