That thing? Doesn't seem to be anything but a reflection on the glass. (That was part of the cloud. I accidentally left it in.)
>Leave the room You go through the door and enter the next room. There's a hallway lit with red lights and a panel with 5 buttons on it. YELLOW BLUE BLACK RED GREEN

Ignore the buttons, what's that red arrow?

The red arrow indicates that you are capable of moving offscreen in that direction. There is a room accessible by going left, but not by going right.

Put your Hat in the red alcove, and push the Red button. I suspect that this should do nothing, since the alcove is ALREADY red. But if it does, better that it does it to your hat.
If nothing happens, try the Green button.

This is both incredibly fun and incredibly pointless.

Walljump to the right, rebound and walljump to the left, and rebound, etc. until you scale the narrow corridor and arrive UP.
Or exit in the back of the hall, if you want.

While you succeed at the "jump to the right" and "rebound" parts, you fail to execute the complete manoeuver.
-> This should, of course, not be surprising. Maybe you should come back later.
>Or exit in the back of the hall, if you want. Yeah, about that... Turns out that wasn't a door. It's actually solid, just like the red zone was.

Hrm. Can you toggle the color buttons whilst being IN the red hallway?

You can just barely reach the blue button, but all of the other ones are too far away.

You shift the room to blue. The system's failsafe causes both rooms to become blue to stop you from completely obliterating yourself by creating a solid object inside of your entire body.

That was certainly courteous of the architects. If ever you meet them, let them know you appreciate not being bisected by force fields.
See if you can exit the far end of the hall first, but then follow the arrow (down/south/towards viewer).

Still nothing. (Let's standardize directions as left, right, up, and down unless otherwise specified)

Directions standardized.
Since the Left is unaccessible, try the black button. That would synchronize with the end of the hallway.
I'm also curious to know if it is possible to push two buttons at once?

That would make sense, but the system doesn't seem to work that way. There must be some way to synchronize the panel with the hallway without standing in it.
>Is it possible to push two buttons at once? Doesn't look like it. Pressing more than one button at once causes it to change to whatever button you press last.

Leave it green and head to the Left.
Consider that you may be inside of a Tesseract or other geospatial oddity.

The table works just as well as your body. The panel is now synchronized with the hallway.
-> The end of the hallway is still blocked.
