It's been nearly 3 months since I started working on the finale visual novel for Item Unoriginal, and im about 2 thirds of the way done! I'm sorry im taking so long, but school can be a bitch, and kind of takes priority, I wouldn't expect the amount of work done to be equivalent to the amount of time you might expect from the amount of time it took to do the first visual novel. Here's a bit of a preview of sorts, if all goes well, i'de expect things to be done sometime in the middle of next month! There's no more characters to DnD, but I can give you this update atleast, and I can promise you that I am so close to done that there is no way this wont be finished. |

Hello everyone, long time no update! its been a while that I've been working on this ending, and im not entirely sure how good it is, but at some point you have to actually end things and not just keep going, and thats kind of the fear with stories made progressively like this. Its been a ride, and lots of interesting things have happened!
Point is, were nearly there. Everything's written up! The Images are all Made! and its mostly all made in Cloud Novel! Now its just the polishing stages! adding music and sound effects were necessary, creating a cover image! etc.
I'm sorry Its been taking so long, I really dont like leaving things so long without updates, because I feel like ill lose people... but more important then anything else, it'll be done, this will be something under the belt that I can say i've written and completed, that I didn't leave, and anyone who was here with me during it can say that they experienced it, that they fundamentally shaped it!

Due to some strange computer troubles, things seem to be working weird, and the music I was using no longer works. For now, things will be music less, but i posted this before it was an issue, and otherwise it would be hanging around in cloudnovel were anyone could find it, so im posting it now. I'll get to that soon, but at the same time, everything else is done, and doing that again is going to take much more time then its going to give. Point is, THINGS ARE DONE! its the end of Item Unoriginal! Its been a long time, and its over now! I'll be coming back to give everything an editing later on, fixing up some spelling errors, coming back to add in the music again, and maybe adding an epilogue of sorts if people feel that's better of then leaving things to the mind of the reader, but for now, its complete, everything's done... and please... get ready for the Death of the Author. That was a good ending.
So uh, I have some questions about stuff:
What was Sarah's original plan going to be? Like, before she felt she had to get Grace involved because Kaira got too curious.
What does Aleta think of Destiny?
Why did Sarah have Grace imprison Hugo, rather than just leave him back in the old universe, since he wasn't going to be part of the story?
Why did Sarah pick Aleta, Eliot, Hugo and Kaira as people for Grace to copy? They don't seem very Grace-like in personality.
What would the "information" purchase at the Battle Store have given?
Will the pocket universe just continue existing on its own now?
Also I would like to see an epilogue, and you should probably put up the rest of the mirror along with that other stuff.

OK, I think all of those things can be handily answered in an epilogue, so that's probably what i'm going to do for that.

Try a cage, bu intsead of a just vertical bars, add horizonal bars also.
