I don't think English CAN mess with universe C, he wasn't born until after the entire lifespan of the universe already happened so if he was to meddle with it he would be jeopardizing the birth of Caliborn and his very own creation.

He didn't arrive in A2(Alternia) until the very end there too. But he was still able to mess the whole universe up for his own ends. He is the Lord of Time after all. It can be assumed he's not incompetent at Time Loops.

*blows dust off thread* Something I came up with while listening to the Beforus album. I call it "The Hivebent Uroburos Timeline" theory. And hey, it's even in line with the discussion going on two years ago, it seems! --- The A1 universe timeline on its own is incomplete. But in a very real sense, it existed to be erased. It had to be scratched, so that it could be seeded with the A1 grubs in the first place, as they originate from the A2 session. It’s a snake eating its own tail. It is also a representation of the glitch Lord English uses to invite himself into devouring a universe, by word of Doc Scratch. It’s therefore that I postulate, that Lord English uses uroburos-timelines to worm him way in, like a pest infesting the crop. Doc Scratch, LE’s host in the A2 timeline, is even spawned by nested uroburos-timelines. His genetic code necessitated the existence of a doomed timeline, which was erased, but not before Aradiabot brought the honk HONK code with her. She also travelled back in time at a later moment, to escape Jack. She brought Lil’ Cal with her that time, who also was a component for Doc Scratch. Doc Scratch’ existence requires a doomed timeline, as well as a session spawned by A2 to exist. Lil’ Cal, meanwhile, was spawned by Dream Dave from nightmares induced by... Lil’ Cal. And at the end of his timeline, Lil’ Cal was seemingly used by Caliborn to create Union Jack. He used a splinter, namely Dirk’s Lil’ Cal, to reach through the void and rend Jack mad. That’s why, perhaps, Union Jack could even have been used by Lord English to enter the B2 session, and by extension, the B universe.

IDE/Theory: Problem Sleuth tracked The Felt’s whereabouts for The Midnight Crew
The Homestuck^2 bonus stories have confirmed that Problem Sleuth takes place on post-apocalyptic Alternia.
This implies that what we see in [S] MIDNIGHT CREW: ACT 1031, where Problem Sleuth and the gang also appear, is canon as well.
Taking it a step further, if we examine the chronological events of Act 1031, it goes roughly like this:
- The Midnight Crew are in their hideout
- A casino is attacked by The Felt
- The Midnight Crew fight The Felt
- The Midnight Crew are making music with Problem Sleuth and the gang image
On the first page of the Intermission, Spades Slick’s narration tells us this:
What if the events in the Homestuck^2 bonus story “Diamonds, Dames and Dads” isn’t the first time DD has requested Problem Sleuth’s assistance?
If we look at the chronological sequence of events from Act 1031 to the start of the Intermission, this could imply that it’s Problem Sleuth who helped the Midnight Crew track The Felt’s whereabouts for them, leading to the Intermission happening in the first place.
