IIRC from the old forum post, the E4 had Snowball and Doc Scratch; I don't know who else. Crowbar and Jack Noir, if not used elsewhere, would fit.
Also, I found a small bug; the entrance out of LOCAS into Route 4 is a bit glitchy. You can walk into the walls on either side, and on top of the entrance, as if they were floor tiles. Moving back off will fix the entrance and everything, but still kind of weird.

Hey heroguy, long time no see! Yeah, I caught that bug recently. Will be fixed next patch. And yeah sirpokesprite, I'm afraid it's kind of a when it's done kinda thing. The Derse tileset is definitely what's going to take the most time, because that place is pretty big and I want it to look good. I've done some work on getting a good palette for LOTAK and LOMAX, at least. I'm still messing with layouts and such, but I think the colour is alright. Actually, now that I think about it, does anyone have any ideas for Route 12? It's south of LOTAK and east of LOHAC, so I dunno if that factors into anything. Finally, a couple more cleaned sprites.  >   >

If we want to keep the water, there's the Land of Maps and Treasure, or perhaps Blood and Haze or Rays and Frogs... or maybe changing the bridges to a LOHAC-ish style would do the trick? If it isn't already decided on, would it be possible to move the fossil revival to a little earlier in the game? If it breaks the theme I understand, but I hate how late in the game fossil revival is in Kanto. You can't really use them on a team, especially with how weak they are when you get them.

I just played through the most recent patch, and I must say, it's all very competently put together. The dialogue was often surprisingly amusing, the Sburbmon were numerous, and I spent quite some time capturing pretty much everything available.

It would make sense to put some Sburbmon from the previous routes into Route 7, maybe just a few though. I would suggest which ones but I'm not exactly sure what Sburbmon can be encountered in which Routes? We should add a Wild Sburbmon sheet to the BMC actually so that we can easily check who is and isn't encounterable so far actually let me add that now.
Thematically appropriate Sburbmon for this area would be carapacians, such as the Midnight Crew and the exiles. I don't think we can fit them all in Route 7 and Derse, but the ones we don't add could be put in um, Route 16 and 17 maybe? I can't really think of anywhere else.
I think Jack Noir should be our Eevee. HB and CD can be our Route 7 1% mons, and DD can be a Prize Corner mon. As for our fifth Prize Corner mon, AR maybe?
I'm not sure about the Prize Corner prices because the starters are all fairly "equal" in terms how valuable they are; I was thinking we would do more of a Pokémon Yellow thing with them actually instead of having them all available in the same place. But if this is what we're going with then ok. Can we choose any prices we want?
Those trades look good. Although, we don't have to make every trade something that's unobtainable otherwise. Maybe it could just be something you don't normally encounter until later, or an evolved form, or something with a rare encounter rate. Actually I think I would like to suggest some new trades but this is another thing I would need a Wild Sburbmon sheet for. Let me just finish making that. I don't know what encounter rates and whatnot are though so someone would need to add those.

I think that for the Eevee Replacement it should be a carapacian, specifically a Pawn. You'd evolve it through reaching a certain level then using an item on it to get a bishop, rook, or other types that were used for war on skaia.

Incoming Damaras:  I tried to make them look like their respective frontsprites. On the stone trades: I say we make a 0.4.5.0 patch, seeing as we have a lot of mons on our plate already. On Dromiceiomimus: I suggested Rain Dish because no one has it yet. Even though it could also fit GT Feferi... The Route 11 trade could involve Brobot, Maple/Minihoof, or maybe even Lil Hal if we wanted to (we really do not have to worry about Sburbmon slots yet; we have 147 free slots counting everything on the BMC). I like shadowsandbag's wild mon list.

Oh, another thing we could do is this: Put in the evolution stones one at a time. I'm assuming we can just dummy out the ones we dont need so we just do all the say, horrorstone evolutions for the next patch and have that be the only stone you can purchase. Then in a later patch we add in the robo stone and so on and so forth

That's the SDL version of VBA, it can only be run from the command prompt. Look in the file listing on that page and get the latest version on that page that doesn't have SDL or Dev in the filename. I'm not sure the forum's policy on direct linking emulators, or else I'd just link it.
